No, Factory Warranty work must be completed by an authorized dealer unless it is an emergency and the dealer is closed.
Will you use replacement parts that are of lower quality than the original equipment manufacturer parts?
No, we only use OEM / OE Service parts unless you request otherwise.
Will I void my manufacturers warranty if I do not have my vehicle serviced at the dealer?
No: Manufacturers only require that you maintain your vehicle according to their recommendations, and that you have proof of services done to the vehicle should a warranty issue arise.
